PartyGaming Merger
On 1 April 2011, bwin and British gaming company PartyGaming announced their merger. The new company has become the world’s largest public online gaming company, 48.4% owned by existing PartyGaming shareholders and 51.6% by bwin shareholders. The combined company is listed on the London Stock Exchange with CEO Norbert Toefelberger and Jim Ryan. 2014 Continued to develop bwin.party interested gambling giant GVC Holdings.
