Structure of Payment for Legal Services of Regulated United Europe
Understanding the payment structure for legal services is crucial for both the client and the legal company. Regulated United Europe (RUE) provides transparent payment options tailored to the needs of our clients. The reasonableness requirements are applicable to all methods of determining legal service costs, including hourly fees, fixed fees, and advance/deposit payment systems. Our company ensures the cost of legal services adheres to reasonableness standards, employing reasonable rates and considering the appropriate time for delivering high-quality legal services.
Built on extensive experience in numerous legal projects, this feature allows clients to request services as needed with a clear comprehension of the cost calculation. Our primary goal in determining legal service costs is to establish a payment structure that aligns with our clients’ interests from the project’s outset, preventing misunderstandings and misinterpretations.
The payment structure and amount for services provided by Regulated United Europe (RUE) are contingent on the type and scope of work, completion time, frequency of work, and the complexity of the legal matter at hand. This payment arrangement will be individually agreed upon with each client in advance and explicitly outlined in the contract signed by both our company and the client’s representative.
Regulated United Europe (RUE) offers three payment options for legal services: fixed legal fees, hourly legal fees, and advance payments. During the initial, complimentary consultation, all proposed payment structures will be thoroughly discussed, considering their alignment with the legal needs of the client’s company. Once agreed upon and confirmed by both parties, the chosen payment structure will be detailed in the contract.
In establishing the payment structure, our company’s primary objective is to maintain transparency with our clients regarding legal service payments. This approach aims to prevent any misunderstandings or misinterpretations, fostering trust-based and open relationships with all clients of Regulated United Europe (RUE).
THREE PAYMENT OPTIONS OFFERED BY OUR COMPANY
Fixed legal fees
Regulated United Europe (RUE) can offer a fixed fee for the following services provided by our company:
- Setting up a company in different jurisdictions
- Proxy representation
- Preparation of a package of corporate documents
- Accounting support for a company provided on a monthly basis
- Submission of an annual report for a company
- Licensing services, including Crypto, EMI/PSP, Forex and Gambling
Payment for all the specified fixed legal and accounting fees must be made before the commencement of work. The key benefit of a fixed fee is its unalterable nature. By opting for this fee structure, you gain the advantage of clarity – when you request a service, you will have a precise understanding of what is encompassed in the agreed amount, the anticipated completion time, and the commitments our company holds to you.
Hourly legal fees
The prevalent method for compensating legal services provided by Regulated United Europe (RUE) is through an hourly fee. In this approach, an attorney meticulously records the time invested in investigating the client’s request and delivering the legal service. Given the unique nature of legal projects, their costs are contingent on the time dedicated to their execution. Determining the implementation cost often requires a thorough investigation and review of the project. Our company sets an hourly rate of EUR 150+ VAT for participation in such projects. Invoices for this type of legal service will be collaboratively agreed upon with the client and issued progressively to facilitate the creation of a project budget.
Deposit system of payment for legal services
After the contract is mutually agreed upon and signed, clients are required to transfer advance/deposit payments for legal services to the bank account of Regulated United Europe (RUE). The deposited amount will be held in a trust account. As we fulfill a legal order on behalf of the client, funds from this account can be progressively withdrawn as payment for the work completed, based on the time spent on the project. If, after the completion of the client’s order, unused funds persist in the trust account, they can be utilized to procure other services from Regulated United Europe (RUE).
Our commitment is always directed towards delivering high-quality legal services across all practice areas. We maintain an open dialogue, exhibit flexibility in determining service costs, and are prepared to discuss payment terms with you on an individual basis.
