Since its founding in 2014, our company has occupied three offices in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Depending on the number of employees, clients, and financial capabilities, we moved twice during this period. Below, we highlight the stages of our company’s evolution.

Laki 30, Tallinn (2014–2018)

Our company’s history began in the office building at Laki 30, located in the Mustamäe district, one of Tallinn’s key business and industrial areas. The 7,300-square-meter property, known as Astro Kvartal, combines office, warehouse, and production spaces. The city center is 10–15 minutes away, and the airport is around 14 minutes away. Public transportation stops, the Mustika Keskus shopping center, supermarkets, cafés, and other urban infrastructure facilities are located nearby.

Thanks to its upgraded infrastructure and modern engineering solutions, this office’s operating costs were optimal, making it attractive for long-term leasing and hosting branches of foreign companies. It was in this office that our company was established and achieved its first successes in the field of corporate services. By the time we relocated, we had built a client base of over 100 incorporated companies in Estonia and had reached a relatively stable financial position.

Sepise 1, Tallinn (2018–2023)

The office building is located at Sepise 1 in Ülemiste City, one of the most prestigious and rapidly developing business districts in Tallinn. During our five years there, our client base grew to over 800 incorporated companies.

Laeva 2, Tallinn (2023–2025):
